9 steps to perfect warehouse labels
Step 1: Contact
Contact us and let us know what you need: floor labels, rack labels, pallet ID labels, shelf rack labels etc. We will send you a digital form which you can fill out with your specific requirements, such as number, size, barcode etc.
Step 2: Appointment
One of our consultants will schedule an appointment with you via phone, MS Teams or Google Meet to discuss your requirements and wishes.
Step 3: Quote
You will receive a detailed quote from us for the products you have discussed with our consultant.
Step 4: Order
The order will enter our manufacturing process when you have signed and returned the quote. Only after we have received this document will we proceed with the order.
Step 5: Database
The database is the most important and time-consuming part of the order process. We provide you with a template to which you can add the information for the labels. After we have received your database, we check it thoroughly for any anomalies. Only after full approval of the database on your part does your order go through to our production team.
Step 6: Design
Our production team designs the layout according to your requirements. You will receive this label design by e-mail for approval. Only after receiving your approval will our customer service schedule the production of your order.
Step 7: Production
Your order has been scheduled for prduction. Changes to the database and layout are no longer possible at this stage without an adjusted delivery time and additional costs (see our terms and conditions).
Step 8: Shipping
Your order is finished and will be carefully packaged for you. We send all our shipments with a track & trace code. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been dispatched.
Step 9: Installation
ONE2ID partners with a company specialising in assembly and installation. If you wish to outsource the installation of your warehouse labels and/or location signs, you can indicate this in your quote request (steps 1 and 2).
