In addition, to our expertise in label design and manufacturing, we are well-known for our high level of service and clear and concise communication during the order process. This ensures you always get the best result, tailored to your wishes and needs.
We manufacture labels for a near infinite amount of applications. For the industrial market, we produce both blank labels and pre-printed labels. We stock a large range of standard label sizes suitable for printing with a thermal transfer printer. We also design customised barcode labels for a variety of industrial applications.
For the logistics market, we design and manufacture identification solutions to improve the daily workflow in warehouses and distribution centres. Most of these products are pre-printed and fully customised according to our customers' specifications.
You can call us at +31 (0)172 769 123 or send us an mail to schedule an appointment. Most often, we start with a MS Teams meeting to discuss your requirements. During this meeting, we discuss in detail the application for which you need labels as well as any the industry standards and guidelines you may have to follow.
If you are going to (re)design a warehouse, we will discuss the specifics of your warehouse locations, such as pallet racks, shelving units, and bulk storage locations. We use this information to make an accurate analysis of your situation, identify your requirements and provide custom advice. The more information about the project you can share with us in this initial meeting, the faster we will be able to come up with a suitable recommendation and an accurate quote.
Warehouse labels
We design and manufacture (barcode) labels for various warehouse locations and applications, such as:
- Pallet racking
- Shelving labels
- Pallet ID and LPN labels
- Crate labels
- Floor labels and floor frames
- Location and bulk storage signs
We also manufacture customised warehouse labels for locations that require a specific type of label, such as cantilever racks and cold storage.
That question is a pretty easy one to answer: to save you time. By delivering your pre-printed labels on rolls instead of stacks you benefit from some time-saving advantages:
- You have all the labels to hand on a convenient roll in the exact order of your database.
- You do not have to search for the right label but instead, you can label each rack, bin or location fast and efficiently.
- There is no need to peel each individual label away from the liner, as the labels are printed side by side on the roll.
- You are not left with hundreds of individual liners you have to throw out.
- There is no risk of labels getting mixed up, which can happen if stacks of individual labels happen to fall over.
Below are some useful tips that will help extend the lifespan of your labels, to ensure long-term readability and scannability.
- Remove any existing labels from the surface or smooth them down before applying the new labels.
- Always make sure to apply the labels to a clean, dry surface that is free of grease and oils. That way the adhesive can attach itself to the surface more firmly.
- Make sure newly painted surfaces have had proper time to dry to prevent lingering fumes and gases from lifting the labels off the surface.
- After applying the label, put pressure on it so the adhesive spreads well across both the surface and the label material.
- Take note of the surrounding temperature when applying labels. Pressure-sensitive adhesive adheres more easily to warm as opposed to cold surfaces. When the adhesive comes in contact with a warm surface, it spreads more quickly which enhances both the size of the adhesive surface and the peel strength.
- When installing rack labels, use specialised tools to place the labels at the same height, e.g. a template or ruler, as demonstrated in the video below.
Print your own labels
You can create your own barcodes with Loftware NiceLabel's easy-to-use label design software. Loftware NiceLabel has the right software package for you, whether you want to print 50 or 50,000 labels. Download a free trial version here.
You can easily add barcodes, QR or datamatrix codes, numbers, lines, frames and texts to your labels and print your labels instantly. Just make sure you use the right barcode for your application. In some situations, a standard 1D barcode, also known as a barcode, is the right solution, while a 2D code (datamatrix or QR code) is preferable in other situations. Want to know more about barcodes? Ask one of our consultants.
At ONE2ID, you can choose from a range of more than 1,800 blank labels for printing your own barcode labels. Let us know what size you need, what type of material, what colour and how many, and we will deliver your labels when you need them.
Our blank labels can be printed using thermal transfer printers from well-known brands such as Zebra, SATO, Intermec, Altec, Brady, Toshiba, Datamax, TSC, Avery, Honeywell, Canon and Citizen. So whether you use a tabletop printer, a midrange or an industrial printer, we can supply you with blank labels you can use with your own printer.
Visit our label shop to decide what material you need, what size and what colour and we will send you a non-binding quote.
The majority of the pre-printed labels we manufacture are laminated. A laminate provides long-term protection against scratches, mechanical damage, chemicals, oils, UV and changing weather conditions.
Would you like to print and laminate your own labels? Then our PALLabel with its clever design may be the way to go. This particular label has a laminate attached, allowing you to place the laminate over the label directly after printing. A perfect solution for asset tags or type plates on tools, machines, car parts and as a track & trace label.
We supply thermal transfer printers from our partners CAB and TSC. If you want to design your own barcode labels, we recommend a software package from the renowned Loftware NiceLabel. This label design software is easy to use and can be used with the most commonly used thermal transfer printers.
If needed, we can also supply printer ribbons, and Labelmate rewinders and unwinders to make the printing process even easier for you.
