Print and Laminate labels

Print your own type plates and asset tags with ease

The inventive label design with attached laminate ensures that your labels last longer than conventional labels. The printed data remains protected against abrasion and discolouration for long-term use.

How does the Print and Laminate label work?

Print and Laminate (PAL) labels, also known as Print & Protect labels, are suitable for printing with a thermal transfer printer and ribbon. Thanks to the clever label design, you can apply the laminate directly over the printed surface straight after printing.

Print and Laminate labels product range

Our Print and Laminate labels are made from a polyester material with extremely high adhesive strength. They are available in both white and silver (metallised) variants. We adjust the label position on the roll (left or right) to match your printer’s sensor alignment, so you can start printing without delay.

Standard or custom design

You can choose from several standard label sizes, but our in-house production team also specialises in custom label design. Feel free to contact us should you require a specific size. If you prefer to determine the label size after printing, you can order the PALLabels on a continuous roll. This allows you to cut them to the required dimensions after printing.

Blank or pre‑printed

If you have neither the time nor the resources to design and print your own labels, you can order pre‑printed Print and Laminate labels. The only thing that remains for you to do is apply the laminate before application.

The benefits of PALLabels

Type plates (rating plates) and asset tags are essential for product, component, and tool identification. Depending on the industrial environment in which the label is used, specific requirements often apply, such as resistance to changing weather conditions, oils, chemicals and high temperatures. The Print and Laminate label is a reliable solution for a wide range of industrial applications. Key advantages:

  • Label and laminate in a single product.
  • Fast and precise lamination straight after printing.
  • Long‑term protection against abrasion, impact damage, chemicals, oils, UV and environmental exposure.
  • Operating temperature range from −40°C to +150°C.
  • The PAL construction is designed to prevent direct contact with the adhesive.
  • Available in various standard sizes or as fully custom made.
  • A high‑quality and durable solution for industrial identification.
