Durable wire labels

The choice of material depends on both the application and your work environment. ONE2ID stocks a wide range of standard-sized products for wire labelling that can also be tailor-made to suit your needs.

Heat shrink sleeves, or tubing, provide a versatile option for labelling your wires. ONE2ID offers shrink sleeves in a wide variety of colours and sizes to fit even the smallest of diameters. Our shrink sleeves are made from halogen-free and flame-retardant polyolefin. This high-quality material ensures long-term durability as well as resistance to harsh chemicals and high temperatures.

You can order your heat shrink sleeves preprinted in the exact size and colour you need. The format can even be adapted to suit competitive brands such as Brady and Tyco. If you prefer to print the labels yourself, our blank sleeves are available in diameters ranging from 0,8 up to 42mm. These are compatible with most commonly used printers, so you can print the sleeves when you need them. Consult us for information on thermal transfer printers, ribbons and label design software to get the most out of your label investment. Designing and printing your own wire barcode labels can prove to be a cost-effective way of labelling your wires.

Our self-laminating labels are made of flexible vinyl. The strong self-adhesive laminate layer wraps around the label securing the identification barcode to the wire and protecting it against oils and harsh chemicals. Plain text, barcodes and additional wire information will stay legible for both scanning equipment and the human eye, even at extreme temperatures.

The self-laminating labels include a black mark on the back of the label or notches at the sides for easy printer identification. Available as preprinted or blank labels, depending on whether or not you prefer to design and print the labels yourself.

Cable flags are made of either FDA-approved polypropylene or polyester which can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C up to +150°C. The printable area of the P-shaped or T-shaped labels can contain alphanumeric information and barcodes. Use cable flags to provide even the smallest cable with proper identification. Available as preprinted or blank labels.

The halogen-free tags are made of a high-quality, flame-retardant PUR (polyether polyurethane) material to ensure longevity of your barcode and cable data. If you want to provide the tags with an additional protective layer, our label experts recommend ordering a custom laminate cover to enhance long-term legibility. Naturally, blank tags are available as well.
